 Public Works

Maintenance Worker I -  will be determined based on qualifications.  

This position will perform maintenance and construction of City infrastructure, recreational facilities, park grounds, and buildings.  Other duties include, but are not limited to, repairs on City streets, curbs, sidewalks, parking lots, drainage systems including culverts and ditches, park grounds, operating light to heavy equipment and tree trimming, and brush removal, grass and trimming.   

Assistant Building and Grounds Technician -  will be determined based on qualifications.  

This position leads and participates in the performance of manual, semi-skilled, and skilled labor in the maintenance and repair of City recreational facilities and buildings. Prepares work site and ensures work is performed in a safe and acceptable manner.   Responds to emergency calls and assists with disaster duties including storm damage clean up and repairs and snow and ice removal.
