Engineering Department The Engineering Department of the City of Fenton is responsible for design, review, management and inspection of City construction projects. They also investigate resident complaints concerning city infrastructure. In addition, this department works with the various local and state agencies concerning any construction in the corporate city limits of Fenton. One of the newest additions to the engineering department is the computer-aided drafting, mapping and geographical information systems.
