At the Court office, we accept cash, money order, or checks made payable to the City of Fenton is acceptable for payment with proper ID. Some tickets can be paid by credit card by call 1-800-444-1187 or going to www.trafficpayment.com.

9. How can I get a continuance of my court date?

Any defendant requesting a continuance for his or her case must speak with a Court Clerk. Only one continuance will be given.

10. I am an Attorney, how do I obtain a Prosecutor's Recommendation?

You will need to send in:

1) Two copies each, Entry of Appearance. Please include bar number and mailing address.
2) Two copies each, Request for Recommenation.
3) Self-Addressed, stamped envelope.
4) Appearance not neccessary. The Prosecutor will work on recommendation after scheduled court date and will respond back by mail by recommendation.
