Start your day right with high interval step training Mondays and Wednesdays. Then tone/stretch on Friday with pilates. Instructor: Strebler
Circuit Training - M/W/F, 8:00 - 8:55 a.m.
Incorporates full body conditioning and resistance training using a mix of high intensity aerobics and endurance exercises. Exercises are performed using different stations and pieces of equipment.
Core and Stretch - T/Th, 8:00 - 8:55 a.m.
Relax, breathe and stretch! Strengthen your core and torso muscles while you improve elasticity and muscle tone. Instructor: Ell
Cardio Circuit - M, 6:00 - 6:55 p.m.
Combination of full body exercises and resistance training, we will target strength building, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness through the whole class. Instructor: Boehlke
Step and Sculpt - T / TH 5:30 - 6:25 p.m.
