- To participate in Land Aerobics classes a Session Card or Daily Aerobics pass must be purchased.
- Must be 16 years or older to participate.
- Instructors provide multiple modifications for all fitness levels.

Cardio, Contour and More - M/W/F, 5:35 - 6:30 a.m.
Start your day right with high interval step training Mondays and Wednesdays. Then tone/stretch on Friday with pilates.
Circuit Training - M/W/F, 9:15 - 10:10 a.m.
Incorporates full body conditioning and resistance training using a mix of high intensity aerobics and endurance exercises. Exercises are performed using different stations and pieces of equipment.
Core and Stretch - T/Th, 9:15 - 10:10 a.m.
Relax, breathe and stretch! Strengthen your core and torso muscles while you improve elasticity and muscle tone.
Cardio Circuit - M, 5:15 - 6:10 p.m.
Combination of full body exercises and resistance training, we will target strength building, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness through the whole class.
Aerobic Circuit - T 5:15 - 6:10 p.m. / W 6:30 - 7:25 p.m.
Get your heart rate up during aerobic hits and circuit stations to give your body a total workout!
Ultimate Balance & Core - TH 5:30 - 6:25 p.m.
Strengthen your core while simultaneously working on your balance.
Pop Physique - M 6:15 - 7:10 p.m.
Come get fit in a new and fun way! Learn a variety of dance moves to keep you in shape and your core strong.
Buti Yoga - W 5:30 - 6:25 p.m.
A movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body, training the core using the Spiral Structure Technique.
