Group Cycling
bike2.jpg
Group Cycling is a cardiovascular training activity performed in a group setting on stationary bikes using visualization and variable intensity to achieve fitness results that include: improved cardiovascular fitness level, improved core strength, improved muscular endurance and more. Classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesday or Thursdays. View more information about available session dates in the current issue of The Beacon. To sign up for any session please visit RiverChase or call 636-343-0067

*NEW*
For those who cannot commit to a full session of group cycling classes a new drop-in rate is available. If there are bikes available for a particular class you may pay the $8 drop-in rate and join the class. This is on a first come, first served basis and you may not reserve a bike for you or a friend (you may call RiverChase to see if there are bikes open before you make the drive but you cannot reserve a bike). You will need to pay at the front desk and get a card from a front desk staff member. Take the card and give it to the class instructor.
