Each class is 60-minutes and has a focus on the following areas: strength, endurance, nutrition education, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. "Gym equipment" is not utilized, instead exercises are performed using items such as body weight, free weights, balls, resistance bands, etc. These exercises are used to improve movement and enhance strength. All fitness levels are welcome, modifications will be provided for those with physical limitations.

For those who cannot commit to every attending every Saturday of Boot Camp, just come in and pay the $8 drop-in fee to join the class when it fits into your schedule! This is a first come, first served basis and you are not guaranteed a spot.
