Part-time Assistant Court Clerk
This is a clerical position for the Municipal Division. Work involves the performance of a variety of clerical functions, including but not limited to keyboard entry, copying correspondence, and processing of traffic tickets. Position requires use of computer and knowledge of REJIS Court System. Job responsibilities will be defined by the Municipal Court Clerk. Position will assume responsibilities of court office in the absence of the Municipal Court Clerk. Responsibilities include contact with public on a frequent basis.
Pay Scale: $31,373 - $38,663 - $45,953 dependent upon experience
Part-time Prosecuting Attorney's Assistant
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the City's Prosecuting Attorney. This position acts under the supervision of the Prosecuting Attorney. Knowledge of law enforcement, computers and operations is required. REJIS certification is preferred. Main job functions include processing papers/cases files with the Office of the Prosecutor, assisting the general public with direction on matters of the prosecutor, handle communications between the prosecutor and defense attorney, gathers information and communicates case
information between the Police Department and Office of the Prosecutor.
Pay Scale: $34,824 - $42,915 - $51,007 dependent upon experience.
Building/Grounds Maintenance Worker
Performs manual routine work in all phases of building cleaning operations including vacuuming, stripping and waxing floors, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replacing cleaning and custodial supplies, cleaning windows and doors (inside and outside), removing snow, occasionally landscaping, replacing light bulbs, painting interior and exterior surfaces, and other building maintenance activities as required. Receives daily functional supervision from Building/Grounds Technician; receives administrative supervision from Building Operations Supervisor.

Maintenance Worker I
Responsible for performing semi-skilled maintenance and construction of City infrastructure, recreational facilities, park grounds, buildings, vehicles, equipment, and related items. Assists skilled Maintenance Workers in infrastructure repairs, replacement of concrete, asphalt, storm line and drainage systems, signage, and traffic signals and markings. Receives daily functional supervision from skilled Maintenance Workers; receives administrative supervision from the Director of Public Works and/or designee.

Parks and Recreation
Recreation I - Gymnastics Instructor
Requires having taken gymnastics long enough to ensure you have enough experience to comfortably demonstrate stunts/skills on the floor, vault, beams and bars so participants can visualize what they are learning. Must understand proper safety protocol in gymnastics when it comes to spotting, safety on equipment, and with skills the participants are learning. Will interact/get to know participants and be able to determine ability to move up in class levels. At times, responsible for leading class sessions, and will at times have to interact with parents. Must present yourself in a professional manner. Classes are Wednesday evenings only.
Recreation IV - Group Cycling Instructor
Responsible for keeping class participants motivated and excited about cycling in a safe and friendly environment. Duties include checking class rosters, cleaning equipment, and checking that equipment is in proper working order.
Recreation V - Water Aerobics Instructor
Under the supervision of the Aquatics Supervisor, the individual will provide water aerobics instruction, display and instruct patrons in fitness and safety, while maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for class participants.
Classes are held:
Monday/Wednesday/ Friday 9-10am and/OR 10-11am.
Flexible hours, requires day and night availability. At least one year of experience preferred. Must have certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM or another national certification). Starting pay is $25/hour.
Must be able to work mornings. Must be certified through SilverSneakers or willing to get certification within six months of hire date if already have another certification. Starting pay is $20/hour.
Must be willing to teach classes in the evenings. At least one year of experience preferred. Must be certified in yoga. Starting pay is $20/hour.
