Aquacise
Join us for this moderate level water exercise class that will focus on cardiovascular fitness and muscle conditioning using the water as resistance. Starts 5/18

Full Body Workout
This class is for everyone. A dynamite class designed to build strength, flexibility and endurance while also giving your body the cardiovascular workout it needs. This class promotes the development of a strong core.

Total Body Workout
Looking for a fun workout that doesn’t put a strain on your body? We’ve got it! Join us as we pump through a moderate to fast paced workout to improve your cardiovascular strength and muscle tone. Starts 5/29

Water Fitness
Condition and sculpt your entire body combining cardiovascular movements with strength and resistance training, plus abdominal work and stretching.
Wednesday/Friday 10-10:55 a.m.
Water Pilates
Pilates is a mind/body fitness regimen addressing the core muscles of the body. The focus is on posture, flexibility, breathing improvement, energy enhancement and a sense of well-being.

Water Works
This is a fantastic class for ALL ages and fitness levels. Avoid joint pain and strain in this lively water aerobics class designed to challenge your heart and strengthen your muscles.
